Adult Services building and Donation Center building with over 23,000 SF to serve up to 210 clients with developmental disabilities with an on-site staff of up to 50. The Services building includes a large classroom, physical fitness/therapy space, and a dedicated Sensory Room. The Safe Room is designed with wind speed of 250 mph and missile impact resistance speeds of 100 mph horizontal and 67 mph vertical.
