Located in Tempe Farmer Arts District, this unique building is being constructed with CLT (Cross Laminated Timber), steel and concrete. The 182,000 sf, 5-story office building features 15′ exposed wood ceilings and glulam beams and columns. This Class A office building has many sustainable features and is the first cross-laminated timber office building in Arizona.
